Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction of office towers and villas;  
  •  Lead design and construction teams;
  •  Coordinate contractor work;  
  •  Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and cash flow;  
  •  Ensure stakeholder coordination.  
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering;  
  •  Experience in office and residential development;  
  •  Knowledge of zoning, local codes;  
  •  Proficiency in MS Project;  
  •  PMP/Agile certification and Greek are a plus.

  • Обеспечение эффективного взаимодействия участников проекта.
Требования:
  • Диплом инженера-строителя;
  • Опыт проектирования и строительства офисных зданий и жилых комплексов;
  • Знания в градостроительном зонировании, местных нормах и правилах;
  • Навыки работы с подготовкой и ведением строительных бюджетов и графиков работ в MS Project;
  • Сертификаты PMP/Agile и знание греческого языка приветствуются.
