Head of Affliates

As the Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for developing and executing our client's affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage a team of affiliate managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize performance, build strong relationships with affiliates, and maximize the value of the affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage a team of affiliate managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating favorable terms and optimizing performance.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand our affiliate network.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and finance teams, to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
