KYC Representative

Role Overview

EVEST is seeking a KYC Representative to join our Compliance team and support client onboarding in line with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying client information, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves direct communication with clients and coordination with internal departments, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review and upload client documents and files in accordance with the Company's Client Acceptance Policy
• Continuously liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation
• Communication with clients re the payment methods and collection of documents as a proof of payment
• Run compliance checks to screen prospective clients and perform enhanced due diligence, using the World Check software
• Updating client records
• Communication with other Company's Department in relation to KYC matters
• Report on a regular basis to the Head of the Department
• Prepare the KYC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the Company

Requirements / Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of the team
• Attention to detail and target oriented
• Proven experience in the field will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• CySEC Certification will be considered as an advantage
• Working permit in Cyprus
