About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in online casino operations and web-based product development. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Development Team Leads to translate business needs into clear solution designs and technical requirements. You'll play a key role in ensuring that new feature sets and product enhancements are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with both regulatory and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to shape feature concepts into solution designs and detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with Development Team Leads to ensure feasibility, scalability, and clarity of technical deliverables.
• Break down high-level business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for online casino features, including game integrations, payments and user account flows.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support QA teams in defining test scenarios, validating acceptance criteria, and troubleshooting defects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in iGaming.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the online casino / iGaming sector (or closely related digital gaming/entertainment industries).
• Strong understanding of online casino operations, including player lifecycles, payment systems, KYC/AML, bonus systems, and game integrations.
• Exposure to web development concepts (APIs, front-end/back-end interactions, databases, cloud-based platforms).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, writing clear and testable user stories.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model workflows, data flows, and system interactions.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Notion, Figma, or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of player engagement tools, CRM integrations, and real-time data platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with third-party game provider integrations.
• Previous work with regulatory compliance (responsible gaming, AML, GDPR).
