Technical Writer

This role can be based in Cyprus, Serbia or remotely in Georgia

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Writer with experience in SW Development / FinTech / WealthTech / Banking domains to support the development, delivery, and enhancement of our wealth and asset management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing detailed technical specifications based on business requirements and functional specifications provided by business analysts.
• Creating clear and detailed user guides to assist users in effectively using and maximizing the functionality of systems.
• Regularly updating existing documentation in accordance with product changes and feedback from users.
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and other team members to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A combination of technical/financial education and background is highly advantageous.
• 3+years of experience in a technical writer role.
• Experience in writing technical specifications and user guides in IT industry (FinTech, WealthTech, Banking).
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly in text and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various team members.
• Excellent written skills in English.

• Previous startup experience
• Demonstrated ability to "wear many hats" and take full ownership of your work
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Russian language at working professional capacity is an advantage
