Project Overview: 

The role will be part of our Risk and Fraud department, which is at the forefront of protecting our business from fraudulent activity, financial crime and abusive behavior. Our mission is to ensure a safe, secure and fair gaming environment by monitoring player behavior, identifying suspicious patterns, and mitigating risks. As a Risk and Fraud analyst, you will play a key role in safeguarding the business by detecting threats, minimizing losses, and supporting compliance. Your work will have a direct impact on operational integrity, customer trust, and the long-term success of the company.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor transactions and player activity to detect fraudulent patterns.
  • Investigate suspicious accounts, chargebacks, bonus abuse and payment irregularities.
  • Perform risk assessment on new and existing players to evaluate potential threats.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior staff and collaborate with compliance and KYC teams for further investigation.
  • Assist the customer support department for swift resolution of fraud cases.
  • Analyze fraud trends and propose strategies to enhance fraud prevention procedures.
  • Document findings, maintain case records, and prepare reports for management and regulators.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, or compliance (preferably within the iGaming industry).
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret  data and spot anomalies.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
