In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of motion designers (2D, 3D, CGI), pushing overall creative and technical quality.
  • Develop concepts & visual directions for campaigns, product storytelling, and high-end CGI key visuals.
  • Work hands-on — personally create high-end CGI motion graphics, 3D animations, look-dev, lighting, rendering, and polished final compositions.
  • Improve and define the team's creative level — bring trend-driven, bold ideas; elevate the team's taste and thinking.
  • Build moodboards, references, animation concepts, and visual decks for new briefs and campaigns.
    - Plan capacity and manage resources together with a Project Manager.
  • Review quality, guide designers, give constructive feedback, and track progress of ongoing tasks.
  • Build a Development Plan for the team – skill mapping, upskilling, AI adoption, and creative growth.
  • Set visual standards for CGI output across campaigns: lighting, shading, texturing, rendering pipelines, animation principles.
  • Collaborate with design leads, brand team, and marketing producers to align visual decisions with strategic goals.
  • Experiment and prototype with new tools (Blender, Unreal, Houdini, AI/Gen AI solutions) to push creative boundaries.
  • Ensure visual consistency across motion deliverables and maintain the premium quality bar.
  • Actively drive innovation — propose fresh motion ideas, new visual formats, and experimental creative paths.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • Strong expertise in 3D: Blender / Cinema4D / Houdini (any major tool).
  • Ability to create photorealistic CGI, materials, lighting, rendering.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, compositing, motion design principles.
  • Ability to craft hero shots, key visuals, cinematic animations.
  • Experience with simulations, particles, VFX pipelines (a big plus).
  • Solid understanding of camera language, pacing, timing.
  • Ability to take an idea from concept → storyboard → animation → final render.
