WE ARE HIRING – CREDIT CONTROLLER

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

AFRICANOS PROPERTY DEVELOPERS is currently looking to recruit a detail financial professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy individual for the position of CREDIT CONTROLLER to join our office in Larnaca. 

JOB DUTIES:

· Monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.

· Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.

· Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes.

· Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.

· Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage financial data and support audits

· Prepare emails, letters, application forms and contracts.

· Provides administrative services to the Management team.

· All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· LCCI Higher and/or University/ A College/University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Euro soft, Stock Control)

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and by email, with customers of various nationalities and cultures in a professional manner.

· Strong understanding of bookkeeping and debt collection principles.

· High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

MUST BE WILLING TO BE TRAINED

· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills)

· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
