The Role

First of all,
we're looking for a Good Person

That is for the position of
Founders' Associate with focus on Operations

• based in Nicosia.

On Premise work with flexibility.

No previous experience or degree

is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your curiosity, and your ability to get things done.

You'll work side-by-side with the Founders (and rest of the team) on the daily heartbeat of Exyde  operations, sales, partner management, and new projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help with
  day-to-day operations

: partner onboarding, listings, moderation, and coordination.
- Communicate with
suppliers and partners, customers

• support them, answer questions, solve issues.
• Help execute
  sales and business development

campaigns, track results, and bring new ideas to the table.
- Support and coordinate
strategic projects

across the business.
- Conduct
research and analysis

on new opportunities and ideas.
- Build things with AI tools -
automations and workflows

No prior experience required.

You will be working on-premise (Nicosia), with flexibility. 

Who You Are

• Positive, curious, and ready to learn  fast.
• Communicate very easily in both
  Greek and English

(written and spoken).

(but we don't want to see any language certificates)

• Passionate about
  technology

and how it can make everyday life better.
- Excited about

and using it as your daily companion to work smarter and build things.

with new tools, systems, and workflows.

Hiring Process

- Selected Candidates, will be asked to participate in an online 15-30 mins Call.
- Selected Candidates will be asked to participate in an on-premise interview and assessment, 1-3hours.
