We are assisting our client, a highly successful CSP in Nicosia which is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join our team. This role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing a strategic guidance on intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities:
This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with
regulations

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports

• Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses

• Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing

• Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly

• Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed

• Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters

• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from
time to time.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Law, ACCA, ACA, ADIT or a related
field

• At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or
industry

• Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations

• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
