We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as
an IT Support Specialist
. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who has recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field and is looking for hands-on experience.

What the job looks like?

The
IT Support Specialist
will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical support to both local and remote users on a daily basis.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot IT-related issues through in-person communication channels in the Limassol office or via chat on Slack.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Help maintain the company's hardware and software inventory, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Prepare employee workstations for new hires and process inventory changes.
  • Participate in projects and tasks related to IT infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Assist with the administration and support of our computer estate, which is mostly Microsoft and Apple based, including Office365 cloud, with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft products.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in IT or a related technical field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft products.
  • Familiarity with Apple products, Apple Business Manager, and any centralized Apple device management is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with end-users.
  • Proficiency in the English and Greek language.
