A well-established corporate firm is expanding its administration team and is seeking a dedicated Junior Receptionist. The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking, thrives in a busy office environment, and has a friendly yet professional approach.

Job Description

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, managing calendars, and organizing couriers or deliveries.
  • Act as a point of contact for suppliers, managing orders and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services necessary for office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and discretion, directing inquiries appropriately and taking accurate messages.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for clients and visitors, manage the reception area, and handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the legal team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Your Profile

  • University degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) with a professional communication style.
  • Positive outlook and ability to handle clients diplomatically.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Practical, organized, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • A sense of humour and the ability to work alongside lawyers is always appreciated
