Role Purpose

The purpose of these roles is to support guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and lobby hospitality while ensuring safety, organization, and outstanding service. You will be a key representative of the resort's brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling, transfers, and room escorts
• Maintain lobby and entrance cleanliness and organization
• Support valet, transportation, and guest mobility requests
• Manage taxis, shuttles, and assist guests with directions
• Open doors, greet guests, and ensure smooth entry flow (Doorman)
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local area
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping
• Uphold all service standards with professionalism

Tasks & Duties

Bellman

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
• Transport and organize luggage safely and efficiently
• Provide explanations of room features upon request
• Deliver amenities, messages, packages, and special requests
• Support lobby operations and handle guest inquiries

Doorman

• Welcome guests at the entrance with courtesy and professionalism
• Open doors, assist with mobility, and manage guest arrivals
• Coordinate with valet or transportation services
• Maintain order and cleanliness around the hotel entrance
• Monitor traffic flow and provide support during busy periods
