About the Role
You will act as the backbone of the office and a trusted right hand to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include office administration, executive assistance, coordination of internal operations, and ensuring that the working environment is professional, efficient, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment
  • Provide full PA support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Organize internal events, meetings, and team activities
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordination with HR
  • Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documentation
  • Support internal communication and ensure smooth information flow across departments
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office software
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
