We are seeking a motivated Conversion Agent on behalf of our client, a Forex broker based in Limassol. This is a full-time,
10:00–19:00 onsite role

€1,800 base salary + huge commissions

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a conversion agent in the Forex industry
  • Contact warm leads to convert them into active, depositing clients
  • Present trading platforms, account benefits, and market opportunities to potential clients
  • Deliver consistent sales performance and meet conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with prospects as needed
  • Fluent in English with excellent sales, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment with high earning potential
