Role Overview
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department invites experienced
judges
,
prosecutors
, and
judicial officers
to apply for appointment to the Abu Dhabi Money Claims Court.
This position involves adjudicating a wide range of civil, commercial, employment, and debt-related disputes, contributing to the Department's mission to deliver precise, efficient, and internationally aligned justice.
Judges will work within a bilingual judicial framework alongside Emirati and international colleagues.
Knowledge of Arabic is not required, as proceedings and judgments are bilingual (Arabic–English).
Key Responsibilities
- Hear, manage, and adjudicate assigned civil and commercial cases.
- Deliver clear, well-reasoned judgments consistent with best judicial practices.
- Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural bench to ensure fair and efficient case resolution.
- Uphold the principles of judicial independence, transparency, and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of judicial, prosecutorial, or equivalent adjudicative or dispute resolution experience.
- Background in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial, employment, or debt law.
- Strong record of drafting or delivering judgments, rulings, or prosecutorial decisions.
- Demonstrated capacity for analytical reasoning, case management, and collegial work.
