We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our team

What will you be doing?

  • Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery
  • Work closely with the Finance department to identify business-financial needs and translate them into practical solutions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, and communicate them effectively to development teams
  • Evaluate and understand financial processes within a complex technological and regulatory landscape
  • Support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and insights
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure implemented solutions deliver measurable business value and contribute to organizational objectives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong Advantage: Background from Big-4 companies
  • Strong "can-do" mindset with proven ability to drive projects to completion
  • Experience working collaboratively on projects with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High technological proficiency
  • Familiarity with SQL and Azure – Advantage
  • Strong understanding of trading and financial markets
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory and audit requirements
  • Early adoption of new technologies, including AI tools, to improve workflows and outcomes
