Role Purpose

Ensure smooth and timely execution of payments across the holding's companies in full compliance with banking and corporate requirements; maintain effective relationships with banking partners; monitor cash flow; and provide accurate data for accounting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute payments for Cypriot and international entities of the holding.
  • Support daily operational interactions with banks (account opening/closing, KYC processes, communication on ongoing matters).
  • Verify payment details, ensure proper approval flow, and prepare payment orders.
  • Maintain the payment registry, manage the payment schedule, and control limits.
  • Perform initial liquidity checks and initiate internal transfers between accounts.
  • Prepare information for accounting and financial reporting (payment allocation by project/category).
  • Maintain the contractor/vendor database and ensure all details remain up to date.
  • Participate in the implementation of treasury process automation (bank integrations, ERP).

Requirements

  • Experience working with banks (operational communication, KYC, online banking systems).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (expense classification, payment and advance processing).
  • Experience working in an international environment (preferably Cyprus or the EU).
  • English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence (communications with banks and international partners).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and payments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general office tools; experience with ERP/financial systems (1C, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in automation projects (bank APIs, integrations) is an advantage.
