In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Pontian United Plantation

Job Description

  • Responsible for running and maintaining estate clinics
  • To examine and treat minor ailments.
  • Assist VMO in procedure.
  • To dispense medicines, inoculations and perform minor surgeries such as lancing and draining local infection.
  • To support Estate Manager in ensuring that all clinics operations are in compliance with Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) as well as statutory regulations.
  • To prepare medicine requisitions and account for the receipts and issue of drugs and medicines.
  • To carry out housing and creche inspection.
  • To carry out new workers medical checkup.
  • Refer workers to the nearest hospital for emergency cases.
  • Prepare monthly medical report.  
  • Provide guidance to the Assistant HA to perform minor treatment to patient.
  • This position is based in Kinabatangan.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Nursing
  • Possess Sijil Pembantu Pegawai Perubatan Grade I/II/III from Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia and must be registered with EHA Board.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as Estate Hospital Assistant.
