Junior QA Tester

We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Tester to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in the IT sector, located in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in software testing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Execute test cases and record results accurately.
• Identify and report bugs and issues clearly to the development team.
• Support the team in regression and integration testing.
• Participate in team discussions to improve product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge or coursework in software testing, QA methodologies, or related IT subjects.
• Familiarity with databases/SQL will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for technology and quality assurance.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Internship or academic project experience related to software testing.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle.
