Overall, Purpose:
We are looking for early career professionals to join our People & Immigration Services team. The team is servicing local and international clients, to relocate staff/families to Cyprus, and to support companies manage their people (e.g. recruit locally, run salary benchmarks, design/upgrade and help implement HR systems and processes etc).

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile young professional with up to 3 years of experience either in Immigration or HR Consulting or who worked inhouse in any of the two areas. On the job training will be provided to the successful hires to develop the required knowledge and skills set.

The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Consult clients on a wide array of Cyprus immigration laws & policies
  • Prepare and submit applications for Cyprus Permits etc
  • Liaise with Cyprus Government Authorities
  • Offer recruitment services to clients seeking to recruit staff to work in Cyprus
  • Work on interesting HR consulting projects

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Master's/ bachelor's degree in human resource management / law / other business domain
  • Graduates with any of the above degree, and no work experience are also a good match.
  • Up to 3 years' experience as an Immigration Consultant / an HR Consultant or as part of an inhouse immigration / HR team
  • Ability to take ownership of projects/tasks and provide solutions to challenges, resilience and results focus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Process oriented, with very good analytical with the ability to work concurrently on various interesting projects
  • Establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, respect, trust, and integrity at all levels
  • A positive can attitude, high degree of responsibility and take ownership of their assignments
  • Tech savvy: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, (Power BI or other BI tools are a bonus)
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
