We're expanding our U.S. marketing team and seeking a
creative, experienced SMM & Influencer Manager
to grow our brand, manage reputation, and build strong relationships with local influencers.

Role Overview

You'll develop and execute a full-scale
content and influencer strategy
that boosts brand awareness, community engagement, and online reputation.

This includes overseeing social media channels, creating engaging content, managing reviews, and collaborating with U.S.-based influencers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute social media strategies across
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Manage the
monthly content calendar
(visuals & copy)

Identify and manage
local micro- and nano-influencers

Oversee and respond to reviews on
Google, Yelp, and Facebook

Launch and track
UGC campaigns & community initiatives

Monitor KPIs — engagement, reach, sentiment — and report weekly

Collaborate with designers & copywriters for consistent branding

Ideal Background

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years in SMM or influencer marketing (U.S. market experience required)
  • Excellent written & spoken Russian and English
  • Proven experience managing brand pages & content calendars
  • Hands-on experience with online reputation management
  • Deep understanding of
    U.S. digital trends & audience behavior

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in
    service-oriented or tech companies
  • Background in
    crisis SMM
    or ORM
  • Basic design/video skills (
    Canva, Figma, CapCut
    , etc.)
