We are looking for a Data Analyst (Operations) to join our dynamic team.

In this role you will be responsible for assignment and management of leads, clients, and partners across our teams of Business Development Department. Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate assignment and unassignment of leads, clients, and partners to the relevant team members in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analytics for the Business Development Department, including data on lead generation, trading volumes, conversion rates, and client/partner retention
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and present actionable insights using Google Sheets
  • Stay informed on CRM, analytics, and business development best practices to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with BI and cross-functional teams to automate workflows, build dashboards, and optimize performance tracking using data tools and reporting systems

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on experience in a similar role (CRM, Business Operations, Data/Performance Analyst, Optimization Manager, etc.)
  • Experience in managing CRM tools and understanding how they support each stage of the funnel
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in working with large datasets
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation logic)
  • Ability to work independently on problem-solving and process optimization
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian/Russian (both written and spoken)

Will be a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems (CRM Dynamics 365 or others)
  • Experience working in fintech companies
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI systems
  • Experience working with VOIP telecom providers/telephony software for sales
