Role Description

We are looking for a
full-time, on-site Graphic Designer
to join our growing creative team in Cyprus. You will play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality visuals across multiple channels, including on-site assets, display advertising, social media, print, native formats, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching visual assets for marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Produce materials accurately and on time, from concept to final execution.
  • Evolve and refine our brand identity across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor creative quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate campaign briefs into visually compelling concepts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
    as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Proficient in
    Figma
    ; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
  • Passion for producing innovative and effective creative work.
  • Familiarity with
    AI design tools
    is an advantage.
  • Experience in
    iGaming
    or a
    digital agency environment
    is considered an asset.
