Ο Υπεύθυνος Διαχείρισης Προσωπικού (HR Manager) θα διαδραματίσει κεντρικό ρόλο στην δημιουργία και εφαρμογή όλων των λειτουργιών HR από το μηδέν, διασφαλίζοντας την πρόσληψη, ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση μιας ομάδας παγκόσμιας κλάσης, η οποία θα ανταποκρίνεται στις υψηλές απαιτήσεις ενός υπερπολυτελούς boutique ξενοδοχείου. Αυτός ο ρόλος απαιτεί έναν οραματιστή επαγγελματία που μπορεί να μετατρέψει την επιχειρηματική στρατηγική σε πρωτοβουλίες HR που προάγουν μια κουλτούρα αριστείας, αποκλειστικότητας και ασυναγώνιστης φιλοξενίας.

Ως μέρος ενός νέου project που υποστηρίζεται από μια εξαιρετικά εύρωστη εταιρεία, ο HR Manager θα έχει την ευκαιρία να σχεδιάσει και να εφαρμόσει τις καλύτερες πρακτικές HR στον κλάδο, διασφαλίζοντας ότι το ξενοδοχείο θα γίνει ο πιο ελκυστικός εργοδότης στη Λεμεσό.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες
  • Σχεδιασμός και Εφαρμογή: Δημιουργία και καθιέρωση όλων των πολιτικών, διαδικασιών και συστημάτων HR, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των συστημάτων μισθοδοσίας και οφελών (benefits), από την αρχή.
  • Πρόσληψη Υψηλού Επιπέδου: Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών πρόσληψης για την προσέλκυση και επιλογή εξαιρετικά εξειδικευμένου προσωπικού, κατάλληλου για την εξυπηρέτηση των jet setters, δίνοντας έμφαση στις soft skills και την εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Employer Branding: Δημιουργία ισχυρού employer brand, προβάλλοντας το ξενοδοχείο ως τον κορυφαίο εργοδότη στον τομέα της φιλοξενίας.
2. Ανάπτυξη και Διατήρηση Προσωπικού
  • Εκπαίδευση & Ανάπτυξη: Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης και ανπτυξης, εστιασμένων στην πολυτελή εξυπηρέτηση (Luxury Service Standards), την πολυπολιτισμική επικοινωνία και την ηγεσία.
  • Διαχείριση Απόδοσης: Εγκαθίδρυση ενός συστήματος διαχείρισης απόδοσης που να είναι ευθυγραμμισμένο με την κουλτούρα αριστείας του boutique ξενοδοχείου, περιλαμβάνοντας τακτικές αναθεωρήσεις και αναγνώριση επιδόσεων.
  • Διατήρηση & Δέσμευση: Ανάπτυξη πρωτοβουλιών δέσμευσης των εργαζομένων και ενός ανταγωνιστικού πακέτου αποδοχών και παροχών, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο ικανοποίησης και χαμηλό κύκλο εργασιών (turnover).
3. Εργασιακές Σχέσεις & Συμμόρφωση
  • Διασφάλιση της πλήρους συμμόρφωσης με την κυπριακή εργατική νομοθεσία και τους κανονισμούς.
  • Διαχείριση θεμάτων εργασιακών σχέσεων, επίλυση συγκρούσεων και διατήρηση ενός θετικού και υποστηρικτικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.
  • Επίβλεψη της ασφάλειας και υγείας στην εργασία.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο (Bachelor's Degree) στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Τουλάχιστον 3-5 έτη αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας ως HR Manager, ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας (Luxury Hospitality) ή boutique ξενοδοχείων.
  • Άριστη γνώση της κυπριακής εργατικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στην έναρξη λειτουργίας HR για νέο ξενοδοχείο (pre-opening experience) ή μεγάλο project.
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά). Γνώση επιπλέον γλωσσών (π.χ. Ρωσικά, Γαλλικά) θεωρείται επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές, διαπροσωπικές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
