Pafilia is seeking to recruit a
Property Consultant
. The successful candidate will develop and maximise the sales of properties and to ensure the commercial success in local and overseas markets.

Location
: Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Representing the company in International exhibitions

Necessary requirements:

• University/College degree (Business related)
• 3-5 years of experience. Experience in the real estate industry would be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian both written and oral. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
• Advanced Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook
• Enthusiastic, customer oriented, self-motivated and organised
• Dynamic and ambitious, reliable and must possess analytical and creative skills

An attractive remuneration package (including basic salary + Commission + Company car + Petrol Expenses + Mobile phone) will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
