The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
- Maintain existing business
- Plan strategically to assure project success
- Negotiating contracts & securing partnerships to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.
- Collaborating with internal terms to f=develop customizes solutions
- Analyzing market trends
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Ability to analyze financial data and create business strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the payments or financial services industry is an advantage
