About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Treasury Officer to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Company's cash flows, settlement processes, and daily treasury operations across multiple currencies. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in treasury activities while supporting the business with timely and reliable financial information.

Reporting Line: Head of Treasury 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate execution of currency conversions in accordance with settlement requirements. 
• Run and monitor multi-currency positions with precision, ensuring accuracy in reporting and controls.  -
• Assist with reconciliations to confirm that accounting, back-office, and banking systems reflect the correct transactions.
• Manage daily cash flows in line with Company requirements and liquidity needs.
• Verify and process client exchange orders.
• Implement and execute policies and procedures to safeguard and manage client funds.
• Monitor positions with card schemes and alternative payment methods (APMs).
• Assist in daily settlement procedures, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
• Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Treasury.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance, with a strong background in cash flow management, reconciliations, and settlements; experience in Payment Services Institutions or Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong proficiency in Excel(advanced formulas, large datasets); experience with financial systems is essential.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to interpret and validate complex fund flows.
• Proven ability to manage multi-currency operations (FX conversions, liquidity monitoring, safeguarding of client funds).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify numerical or operational errors quickly.
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Our Hiring Process:

• First Interview: Conducted by the Talent Acquisition team min).
• Second Interview: 1-hour Deep dive interview at our office with the Head of Treasury 
• Final Behavioral Interview: Focused team fit, with participation from the Head of Talent Acquisition, and CEO (UK)/ Group Chief Financial Services Officer.
