Client Care Officer
to join our team and help businesses across Cyprus unlock the power of intelligent fleet management and telematics.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide high-quality client support via phone, email, and portal, responding within agreed SLAs
  • Assist clients in identifying and resolving technical issues, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Deliver first-level support for Frotcom systems, following documented procedures and using support tools
  • Configure and monitor client accounts and GPS trackers, ensuring correct system operation
  • Coordinate GPS tracker installations and support activities with clients and installers
  • Support the technical team with guidance on GPS trackers, accessories, and installations
  • Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and CRM
  • Identify additional client needs and suggest relevant features or upgrades (upselling / cross-selling)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Client Support / Technical Support (software or technology environment)
  • Strong communication skills in
    Greek and English

(written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset

*Base Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 13:00 & 13:30 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 14:00
