We are looking for a top-tier and talented Real Estate Marketeer / Content Creator to produce viral content and help us reach the top

What you will do:

Create viral Reels (10, 20, 30) and 30 videos that will achieve hundreds and thousands of views on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube across all our social media channels.

Manage and present real estate podcasts and market-trend discussions (10, 20, 30) about the property market in Cyprus.

Design targeted ads that boost sales, rentals, apartments and construction projects while increasing engagement and comments on all videos.

Collaborate with a team that has a nationwide vision for the Cypriot Real Estate market.

Ideal profile:

Experience and passion in Social Media Marketing & Content Creation (ideally in Real Estate).

Ability to create and produce high-quality video and Reels content.

Passion and talent for creating viral content and storytelling that sparks curiosity and grabs the audiences attention.

Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, DaVinci, InShot, Canva, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.
