Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled Trading Platform Administrator to support the onboarding and offboarding of systems, clients, products, and liquidity providers across multiple trading platforms and bridges. This is a key operational role that ensures the trading infrastructure is set up efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with internal procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and bridge technologies such as PrimeXM, OneZero, or FXCubic, along with a solid understanding of trading workflows and FIX API connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of trading components, including:
  • Symbols, Groups, Margin Accounts, Coverage Accounts
  • Pricing Streams and Execution Rules
  • Configure and maintain setups across MT4/MT5 platforms and liquidity bridges
  • Coordinate the onboarding of B2B and Retail client accounts and FIX API connections
  • Ensure robust documentation of platform configurations and operational procedures
  • Handle platform support tickets and configuration requests with attention to urgency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trading, IT, sales, and compliance to ensure smooth onboarding workflows
  • Assist in developing operational procedures, SOPs, and internal documentation to support scalability and audit-readiness
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in the FX/CFD trading industry
  • Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platform administration
  • Familiarity with bridge solutions such as PrimeXM, OneZero, or FXCubic
  • Basic understanding of FIX protocol and API connectivity
  • Solid grasp of trading infrastructure concepts: liquidity, aggregation, pricing, execution
  • Strong technical orientation with the ability to manage platform configurations
  • SQL knowledge or scripting experience is a plus
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
