Duties & Responsibilities
- Control, monitor and maintain the beach and surrounding areas.
- Set up chairs, umbrellas and other rental equipment.
- Ensure only paid guests are utilizing the equipment.
- Ensure beach and access areas are in clean & safe condition.
- Warn guests of inclement weather and unsafe areas.
- Contact lifeguards and management in case of serious injury to guests.
- Provide superior customer service and be safety oriented.
- Consistently practice the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- Computer Literate
- To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization
- Must be a caring personality that shows empathy and understanding

- Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must have the right to work in Cyprus
