Student Advisor

In the context of expanding our operations, we are currently seeking to recruit Student Advisors to join our Student Advisory Centre, Department of Admissions & Enrolment. Student Advisors are responsible to provide students with advice/information on Academic and Personal issues throughout their studies at European University Cyprus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer support and resources to help students navigate challenges related to their academic journey
• Act as a point of reference for students providing accurate information on academic policies, university regulations, program requirements and other important procedures
• Conduct advising sessions to offer students relevant academic advice
• Ensure accurate data processing and update in the university's systems and files
• Utilize technology to support enrolment goals
• Keep track of changes in degree programs and requirements and advise students accordingly
• Work towards the achievement of set targets according to organizational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Master's Degree will be considered a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools
• Customer-focused, collaborative personality excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as time management skills
