Sales Specialist

Emerald Zebra is seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist with a strong background in payments or fintech sales, particularly within the Payment Service Provider (PSP) landscape. If you excel at building lasting partnerships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue through tailored fintech solutions, this opportunity is for you.

Our client delivers Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) products designed for PSPs and their merchant networks, enabling seamless, compliant, and scalable financial operations worldwide.

In your new role, you'll be responsible for developing new PSP relationships, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to the company's commercial growth across global markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Payments and IBAN products to PSPs and their merchants.
• Leverage your PSP network to generate leads and secure new partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on strategic campaigns.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding.
• Keep up to date with payment technologies, regulatory updates, and fintech trends.
• Negotiate terms and prepare proposals aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and financial regulations.
• Represent the company at fintech and payments conferences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with PSP stakeholders.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience within payments, PSPs, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of PSP operations and payment ecosystems.
• Proven track record in closing B2B fintech deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-focused with strong commercial acumen.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.

The annual salary for the sales roles will be €30,000, and there is also the commission will be paid at 5% on all sales net revenue.
