Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Data Analyst/Project Manager (Greek Speaker) located in Nicosia with some work-from-home flexibility.

The role combines business analysis, technical specification drafting, and data analytics to enable evidence-based decision-making and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities


• Map current processes, document gaps, define to-be workflows.


• Elicit, write, and manage functional and technical requirements.


• Contribute to building dashboards and reports, track KPIs, present insights to leadership.


• Design specs for new information systems, help to manage vendor handoffs.


• Integrate AI and ML where they add measurable value.


• Ensure GDPR, data governance, and NIS2 alignment by design.


• Produce complete documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications


• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related.


• Excellent knowledge of Greek, and English language.


• 3+ years across: process analysis, specs authoring, digital transformation, app or low-code delivery, AI or data-driven solutions as a Lead Analyst or PM.


• Strong analytics and stakeholder management.
