You will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in our security posture.DEADLINE: 19/10/2025KEY BENEFITSGross Annual Salary up to € depending on qualifications & experience)Medical insurance.Provident fund (current contribution 9%).Life insurance.Ongoing opportunities for personal and professional development.READY TO APPLY?Create your account on our recruitment platform and take the first step toward your next adventureSign in or Create an account in our 'e-recruitment System' and complete your profileFrom the 'Candidate Profile' section, click on the following:BoC Logo or linkJob SearchSearch JobsClick on > Cybersecurity EngineerApplyMake sure you hit on Apply button again.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement, and manage robust security infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments.Deploy and maintain security solutions including cloud access security broker, endpoint detection and response, web application firewalls, network firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, data loss prevention, application whitelisting, file auditing, SIEM, etc.Ensure timely patching and updates to mitigate emerging threats.Collaborate with IT and business units to embed security into all operational processes and projects.Define and monitor security KPIs and metrics to evaluate control effectiveness.Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, etc.Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the components under his/her responsibility.Provide onsite or remote third level support relevant to his/her area of responsibility, within the set framework and agreed SLAs.Provide support for security-related incidents and escalations.Execute any other activities assigned to him/her, that falls within and are relevant to his/her area of responsibility.Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies by attending conferences, participating in online forums, and obtaining certifications.ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.Master's degree in the above fields will be considered an advantage.Professional certifications e.g. CISSP, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert or related will be considered as advantage.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS2-4 years of proven experience in Cybersecurity.2 years of experience with Microsoft security technologies (Microsoft Defender for Servers & Endpoints, Exchange Online Protection and Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps).Experience with:Networking and communicationsAzure Cloud Shell and Azure CLI Scripting.Microsoft Graph APIsAzure PoliciesInfrastructure As Code languages (Ansible and Terraform).Expertise in developing and implementing technical standards and policies.Knowledge of encryption, network protocols, operating systems security and cloud security.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek & English.Additional informationAlready have a profile in our recruitment system?
