Brand Manager
for its Consumer Marketing team.

What's the role About?

As a Brand Manager, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategies:
    Create and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with company objectives, ensuring long-term growth and market presence.
  • Monitor and Optimize Brand Performance:
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate business performance, and take corrective actions to meet brand goals.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns:
    Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, managing projects and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to execute successful marketing activities.

What's the ideal candidate requirements?

  • University degree in Marketing, Public and Business Administration, PR & Communication Management or any other related field, preferably at a postgraduate level
  • At least 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG industry,
  • Initiative & self – motivation, results orientation, innovation & creativity,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Good analytical skills (proficient user of MS Office),
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
