About the Role

Trinity Private School is looking for an experienced
IT Application Support Specialist
to ensure smooth daily operation of core applications and digital services.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding and support school systems (SIS, ERP, Telegram ecosystem, and more).

This role goes beyond simple 'anykey' IT support - you become a
system owner and coordinator of digital processes
, gaining hands-on experience with advanced ERP and SIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application-level user support: diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex cases to vendors when necessary
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes: create and revoke user accounts, configure access, and provide guidance to staff, students, and parents
  • Ensure stable operation of SIS and ERP systems, assisting teachers, parents, and administrative staff in daily use
  • Manage communication tools and digital interaction platforms, including Telegram bots and back-office systems
  • Provide user training and prepare guides to improve engagement with school systems
  • Support the lifecycle of applications: implement updates, test new features, and document knowledge for internal teams
  • Collaborate with external vendors and developers to resolve incidents and implement improvements
  • Assist back-office departments (HR, Finance, Admissions, Marketing) with application-related processes and data accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT application support, preferably in education or service-oriented organizations
  • Proficiency in English and Russian at a working level
  • Solid understanding of business processes: academic, administrative, HR, finance, and communications
  • Hands-on experience with user management, access control, system configuration, and incident resolution
  • Experience working with vendors and external developers: ability to escalate issues and track solutions
  • Experience training users and preparing clear instructions or learning materials
  • Basic technical knowledge of networks, account systems, information security, and integrations/APIs (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
