Sportsbook Specialist

Our client is a fast growing iGaming operator offering a diverse range of sports betting and online casino products to players across multiple markets. As they continue to expand their sportsbook operations, they are looking for an experienced Sportsbook Specialist to join their growing team.

The Sportsbook Specialist will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimising the sportsbook product to ensure a high-quality betting experience for customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for sports, and a solid understanding of betting markets and player behaviour.

• Monitor sportsbook performance, odds, and market availability across multiple sports and events.
• Liaise with traders, risk teams, and third-party providers to ensure accurate pricing and market integrity.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Manage event creation, market settlement, and risk exposure.
• Support promotional planning and execution in coordination with the marketing team.
• Analyse customer betting trends and provide actionable insights to improve player engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sportsbook or trading-related role within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of global sports, betting markets, and odds formats.
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with KPIs and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure during peak sports schedules.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
