Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Reconciliation & Payments Specialist
with the flexibility for some work to be performed remotely. The ideal candidate should have experience in the forex industry and be comfortable handling all aspects of PSP relationships, including onboarding, monitoring, and reconciliation. Experience with reconciliation processes is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application & Onboarding: Manage the full PSP application process, including documentation, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing PSPs, ensuring high-quality communication and performance.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with reconciliation of PSP transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting (reconciliation skills are a strong plus).
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track PSP performance, fees, processing times, and success ratios.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for PSP-related issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure all PSP processes follow industry regulations, company policies, and AML/KYC requirements within the forex sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with PSPs in the forex or payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment flows.
  • Experience in reconciliation (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple PSPs and processes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
