bbf: is expanding its internal team and currently looking for a BIM Coordinator for KEAN Project - our flagship development in Limassol. This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Creating digital simulations of the onsite work processes and tasks flows
• Verifying that information entered into the BIM model is correct
• Creating a BIM Execution plan and coordinating it in a way to ensure it remains up to date throughout the course of the project
• Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
• Ensuring that BIM model parameters are compliant with the building execution plan
• Configuring 3D models using Revit
• Adjusting design templates using modelling tools
• Creating element groups or internal element libraries within the project
• Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
• Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders as a BIM expert
• Organizing agendas for regular coordination meetings and updates
• Organizing training sessions for project team members

Requirements for the position:

• Master's degree in architecture (5-year course), Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Mechanical/Electrical engineering (MEP)
  
• Software Proficiency: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office.
  
• Proven experience in Revit is a must.
  
• 5 years minimum previous experience in a similar position.
  
• Experience in large-scale or high-end projects is an advantage
  
• English and Greek languages are a must, both verbal and written. 
  
• Time management skills.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Organization and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions in Cyprus.
  
• Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
