Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant at our Limassol office. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing administrative assistance to the legal team, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Managing schedules, maintaining legal records, and assisting with compliance tasks will also be key responsibilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of law and legal principles
  • Experience with legal document preparation and management
  • Strong administrative assistance and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek & English
  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Greek & English. Additional languages, particularly Russian, is advantageous
