Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rostering & Planning Expert located in Larnaca. The Rostering & Planning Expert will be responsible for creating and managing rosters for staff, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and planning schedules to enhance operational efficiency. The role includes analyzing staffing needs, coordinating with different departments to meet workforce demands, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will also be expected to monitor and adjust plans based on real-time requirements and unexpected changes.

• Proficiency in scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard rostering software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
