Our product:
We are currently working on Total Battle - an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

Role:
We are looking for a new
Office Warrior
to take care of daily office tasks for our Limassol offices.

Tasks to be solved:

  • Overseeing general office operations and tasks, as well as coordinating the use of meeting rooms, etc.
  • Maintaining an enjoyable working environment in keeping with company objectives, such as healthy eating, including stocking fresh produce for office breakfast bars on a daily basis.
  • Arranging and controlling stock supplies, including placing orders and re-stocking.
  • Interacting with visitors and vendors, and sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing items.
  • Making sure office premises are always maintained to a high standard.
  • Supporting the admin team with various projects and paperwork, as well as maintaining administrative procedures.
  • Working across various departments to ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly.
  • Performing various miscellaneous tasks requested by management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative role or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least specialised secondary education in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Experience with office tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, HRIS, etc.)
  • The candidate must be a native
    Greek
    speaker and also have excellent
    English
    communication skills.
  • The candidate must be a people person who can liaise effectively with various team members as well as external partners.
  • The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be a responsible and self-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of health & safety will be considered a plus.
