The Role:

The FP&A Associate supports the FP&A team by assisting with financial analysis, daily and monthly reporting, and budgeting processes. This role works closely with Department Managers to support budgeting and other financial planning activities. The Associate also assists the Manager in monitoring business unit performance and contributing to initiatives that help achieve the company's overall financial goals.

How You Can Make a Difference:

• Daily Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily financial performance reports.
• Monthly Management Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate monthly management information (MI) reports with variance analysis, KPIs, and commentary.
• Budgeting & Reforecasting: Prepare annual opex budgets and periodic reforecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Analyse financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• System Utilization: Leverage accounting & reporting tools to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis is preferred, with experience in financial services or forex trading considered an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, charts)
• Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) or budgeting tools (e.g., Datarails) would be an advantage.
