Inside Sales Specialist (Apple AW / AP / Accessories)

Role Overview

Responsible for growing sales and supporting partners in the categories of Audio Wearables, Accessories & Peripherals, and related products. Focus on remote sales engagement, assortment development, and strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales and margin targets for AW/AP/Accessories.
  • Drive assortment expansion and promote key SKUs and new launches.
  • Manage daily communication with distributors, retail, and e-commerce partners.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, monitor stock, and coordinate shipments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data: forecasts, pipeline, activities.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Propose actions to support sell-in and sell-out growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Inside Sales or Account Support, ideally in consumer electronics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Solid analytical abilities and proficiency with CRM and Excel/Sheets.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; English at working proficiency.
