Position: In-Store Visual Merchandiser & Sales Advisor
Location: NIKE Store – Nicosia Mall, Cyprus

What You'll Do:

  • Create impactful visual displays that reflect Nike's bold identity and attract customers from the first glance.
  • Ensure the store looks exceptional — every product in its place, every display with purpose, every detail on point.
  • Engage directly with customers, bringing product stories to life through authentic, knowledgeable service.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals — every target is a team victory.
  • Adapt quickly to new product launches, promotions, and store layout changes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize merchandising and improve sales performance.
  • Balance creativity with commercial focus — your displays don't just look great, they perform.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or sales within a retail environment.
  • A strong passion for sport, fashion, and visual storytelling.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills — you stay focused, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills — you thrive when everyone's moving toward the same goal.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
