Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to oversee the operation of the general and pool maintenance team, manage departmental administration, and assist the Resort Chief Engineer with financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

⁃Responsible for the operation of the general & pool maintenance team daily

⁃Responsible for the administration of the department

⁃Assisting the Resort Chief Engineer with the financial aspects of the operation of the department

⁃Meet with clients & design, costing & implementation of various projects.

⁃Attend to weekly meetings with the departments engineers & supervisors for better co-ordination of the works at hand.

⁃Involved with the departments pricing policy

⁃Actively liaise with the Chief Resort Engineer & Maintenance / Pool supervisors in planning & executing the schedules & projects at hand.

Requirements and Qualifications:

⁃Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

⁃Member of ETEK

⁃Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position

⁃Very good knowledge MS Office

⁃Good acknowledgement of Greek and English both verbal and written

⁃Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills

⁃Ability to works under pressure
