Accountant
to join their Finance team in
Limassol
on a
hybrid working
schedule.

About the Role:

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate daily bookkeeping, client fund management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports
  • Process client money reconciliations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Handle tax and VAT tasks, including returns and submissions
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
  • Support the Head of Finance and Operations with inter-company transactions and group reporting
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to finance and operations (filing, payment approvals, partner communication)

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Forex or financial services accounting, client fund handling, and multi-currency reconciliations, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Requirements -

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Forex or financial services experience is essential
  • Proven experience with client fund handling and daily reconciliations
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Xero or similar software is an advantage
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
