Immigration Officer

Manpower Cyprus
is expanding its Immigration Services and we are looking for an Immigration Officer to manage the full immigration lifecycle of 3rd Country Nationals (TCNs) for our clients across different sectors.

If you enjoy working with people, navigating procedures with authorities, and organizing complex cases with precision, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes for TCNs: entry visas, work permits, residence permits, renewals and cancellations.
• Advise clients and candidates on the appropriate immigration route, required documents, timelines and risks.
• Prepare, check and submit applications to the relevant authorities (Migration, Labour, Aliens & Immigration, Embassies/Consulates).
• Monitor application progress, follow up with authorities and keep clients and candidates updated.
• Ensure full compliance with Cyprus immigration and labour laws and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain accurate digital records, trackers and reports for all active and completed cases.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Payroll and Account Management teams to align immigration timelines with hiring and onboarding.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, HR, Public Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Cyprus immigration procedures for 3rd Country Nationals will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
• Customer-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality.

Languages and IT skills

• Excellent Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Other languages (e.g. Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Filipino, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with digital files and trackers.
